Title: zooming and turning right/left sometime not working

I noticed that sometime zooming/unzooming (PageUP/PageDOWN) and turning screen right/left using keyboard is locked (this didn't happen in previous releases).

The only way to unlock it was to wait for a while or to go on V mode then go back to normal mode.

i have found that turning doesnt always work first time. particularly in multiplayer. very occasionally it does not work at all.

zooming works fine for me, though. (but i always use the mousewheel).
