Title: CPU hunger, Frame limiter

Hi guys,

I'm experiencing a maximum CPU load all the time while playing the game and I get 80+ FPS. I have laptop and the processor fan is burning all the time. Would it be possible to have an option to reduce FPS to, let's say, constant 25 (detect FPS and put the needed msleep() calls) and decrease CPU usage this way?
