Title: (Logs Attached) ~r19102 compile/packing issues

I just updated and re-compiled everything from SVN today when I got a break - the game runs great, and it even has some nasty bugs fixed since the last build I uploaded, but the NSI Install script bombs with an error, and once again it is something with radiant.

This time I built the game with windows_debug.

I've attached logs, what am I doing wrong?   ???

Should be fixed in r19108.
