:P
I finished UFO AI and i am thirsty, i want more! :D
Honestly its sad to see that there are no good tactical games - specially turn based ones - like Xcom, UFO AI and the like.
Any ideas? Its not necessary to be a turn based game or a game with the theme of alien invasion.

Frozen Synapse (http://www.frozensynapse.com/). It crippled my comp when I played it, but the little I could get in before it ground to a halt looked promising.

If you've ever had a subscription to the MMOFPS PlanetSide, it's currently free to play for old accounts. Wasting some of my time playing that.

I played that game (not finished yet) and thats a very nice game.

Nice game! Thanks for the tip!
I've been reading and it seems that Jagged Alliance 2 is better than the new version Jagged Alliance Back to Action.

Wait till octover for Firaxis's version of UFO Enemy Unknown.

You hate it or like it. Many hardcore JA2 fans are on rage because it isnt turn based anymore and it lacks some features of the original game. Theres a demo available you can checkout (if missing the fog of war, i think they added it with a patch to the fullgame). Personally i enjoyed the game very much.

If you do go with JA2, I strongly recommend installing the 1.13 mod (http://ja2v113.pbworks.com/w/page/4218339/FrontPage). A lot of upgrades to the gameplay and tons of new guns (almost literally).

If you havnt, you should play the UFO:After Series - great games! The first one is a bit simple but the sequels are awesome.

in some ways I prefer the simplicity of the first game but at the same time it is nice to see that each game is not just a clone with a new story, there are also game play differences, mostly in the geoscape, which make each game worth playing in its own right.

I had this with a version of DOS, 6 or 6.22 I think cause we had the basic pack with it

Fun to play, but really underpowered if you dont use real money.
