Thanks MCR. Can you provide a more zoomed out view so I can see where that wall fits into the overall map/ufo? Then I'll take care of it in the next day or so.

It is very easy to find.
The bug is located in the front of the left wing of the corrupter U.F.O., level 1, where the 3 monitors are, map tropic +bigufo.

At first, this is second level. At second, I see no problems with this brush in radiant.

But still you can see through the wall behind the monitors in-game. This is a bug. Try it in-game !
I will post another screenshot from the latest rev I have (without my built-in stuff) ;)

I just took a quick look. I didn't notice anything obvious, but the level flags were ambiguous on the brush (boxes rather than checks) and an ambiguous nodraw flag set. I made the level flags unambiguous, made sure no nodraw flags were set on any surfaces and gave all appropriate surfaces the nodraw texture instead. Not sure if any of this will really make a difference, but it was all I saw to explain the problem.

MCR, whenever you get a chance to download the new version I just committed (r29255), try compiling the map and see if it still happens. Compiling such a map can take more than an hour on my machine and I can't load up for a test just now.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that it did not fix the bug...
Checking out the difference between the wings I realized that with campitchmin 0 you can look inside the ship on both wings. So maybe this issue has to do with the angle & that this one certain texture gets a nodraw assigned somehow.
I will post some screens in a moment that will describe the situation a little bit better than I can do with words...

r29401 -- I deleted the brush and recreated it to try to get that wall to appear.

The pictures you show of the invisible faces on the underside of the wings aren't errors I think. They should be set to nodraw since they are not visible.
