When I start mission, there is 50% probability, that textures are not correctly displayed.

Game exits when my team is about to enter the home base. Usually, I should obtain information about new technologies to research or items automatically sold, but nothing like this happens. Also loading the game right before entering the home base doesn't help (so it is something stored in the save file).

When I toggle reaction fire reservation nothing changes - no "green stripe" is shown, I am still able to use all the points. However, if I set the reaction fire mode "ON" and I assure enough TU's, reaction fire can be triggered.

All my soldiers wear armour, but it is not visible during the mission. I don't know if its accounted for damage reduction.

I think the sounds in battlescape are more important than in geoscape. I'd suggest removing 0.5s limit and find some other way for geoscape sounds... But you are the programmers so decision is up to you!

I don't know what is the name of this part of (standard) HUD: the gray stripe with blue buttons which allow to quickly jump to the next soldier.

It doesn't matter which soldier I choose, always "1" is highlighted. See at the screenshot, at which soldier number "2" was chosen, but HUD indicates number "1".
