Title: Can't launch, latest stable version from ubuntu

When i try to launch i get this:

The program is telling you it is not able to initialize with the videosettings. So alternate video settings may do the trick.

But you really shouldn't run the ufoai 2.2.1 version, because it is already 2 years old and far behind the actual development. Try to download and compile one of the 2.3 version (revision 30000+), because the 2.3 is quite stable, too and has much more to offer.
