Title: Radar Envelope Visible When Placing New Bases/Towers

When placing new installations it would be useful to see the shadow of the future radar envelope displayed on the Geoscape to more easily plan for maximizing coverage.

Note, I am playing the latest stable build (2.4).  If this has already been implemented in future releases please disregard.

Thank you for all the hard work on reviving a great classic game.

I am playing 2.5 and agree that this would be a nice feature to have too. Maybe when placing a new base or radar tower, the mouse pointer should have a radar range circle attached. Might be useful to have SAM site SAM range too when placing SAM sites.

As the radar and attack ranges can be differently sized it won't happen.
