Title: New dependency minixml

we've removed the mxml code from our repository and are now just linking against libmxml (http://www.minixml.org).

for debian you have to do

apt-get install libmxml-dev to be able to link the ufo binary.

omg it is horrible ! how can we baddly hack the lib now!
