Bugs in older version (2.3.1) / Won't even start!

Hello Everyone!
Whenever I try to use the game the dedicated console and the game (Invisible I only found it when I looked at the bar) just show up for a few seconds and then leave. What do I do because it won't even start!
Operating system: Windows XP
Graphics card: I don't know
Architecture: Again don't know (Will try to find out these 2 later)
I can't post anything else because I can't even play the game
