There was a PDF manual that could be build from latex, but I guess it became outdated and unmaintained. We still have build target in our SCM. I can check how bad it is but I guess the game has changed a lot since that. The wiki could be closer to the actual (even though the wiki is outdated as well), but feel free to search the forum if you have question or raise a new question here.
