Lost resources by being out of money.

Mandrache:
I lost progress completely and with loss of resources by being poor when trying to build my second interceptor. The one after starchaser. I can't upload my saves. I guess I can get them from my win7 PC. Also I've seen armor disappear when equipping power armor.
