Is this UFOAI GPL violation? Somebody sells UFO AI on eBay

just reviewed eBay and found this one

I found nothing about source or GPL, just
"You can install this software onto all the computers within your home or office without any restrictions."
"This item is copyrighted. Any reproduction, duplication or resale of this DVD-ROM is prohibited."
"Copyright © MT Software Solutions."

So, guys, it seems that somebody violates GPL on your project

Basically they claim copyright on dvd-box, disc and other unrelated to UFO:AI stuff.

and this is not the only free game they (or probably he) are selling...

MT again? This is not the first case. Maybe we should report this to RS, since re-licensing is an obvious GPL violation. Hopefully this time MT will end up behind the bars.
