so will ever have some inpact on game like evading or targeting (i think they hepl but im not sure) or will it be just deleted? so i was thinking that landing could take some time with higher piloting skill less time. bonus range for higher skill maybe? or higher speed...

There are plans for a new air combat mode at some point. That will make proper use of the pilot skills. There is a thread about it somewhere
