Hi all! What happened to ufoai-2.5-data.tar?

Its size is only 1.1Mb, where are all models, textures and so on?

Sorry for noob's question, but what is mappack?
I am not a player, I am a maintainer, so I don't know a lot about UFO AI.

mappack is for the sources of the maps - they are not compiled
