I was just wondering where is the nation backgrounds in the UFOpaedia?

I used to love reading the background on the individual alliances in the UFOpaedia but in the build I have (2.4) I can't seem to find it. I was wondering is there anyway to get it back, or something I have to do? Coming back from a long hiatus so I apologize if this was discussed somewhere else.

I can confirm that there is nothing like that in 2.6.
In which version did you see those articles the last time ?

I'm not sure that there were ever entries for each individual country, but the they are all described in the article After The War in the section Background in 2.5
