RC6: Orientation of rockets during flight

HaJo:
When shooting up or down to another level of the map,
the orientation of rockets during the flight is somewhat off,
i.e. the front of the rocket point sideways, not in the
direction it is flying.

GIJOE317:
I also noticed that the rocket continues past the target, and then
several seconds later, there is an explosion at the target.
