Hello,
ich habe a problem with my tecnicals in two bases. In one base i have 20 tecnicals and in the other 40. With the the 20 tecs in need 255 hours to "demontage" an "Ufo sammler". When i destroy 2 workshops in the other base i need for the same ufo 344 hours???
I never had this problem but i start a new carrier and no i have it. With 40 men in need 172 hours. I think in other carrier was that the speed from 30 men.

Hello!
  You might consider the differences in distance.  From the UFO Yards to the base where you are dismantling the UFO.  The longer (or farther) the distance between UFO Yard and the Base with tecs, the more time its going to take.
  So from the same Yard, if two bases with same amount of tecs are unequal in distance, the farther base will take more time.

  Not sure if this is what you meant though.

Wolls is right. The game takes distance between the base and the UFO yard into account when computing the time needed to disassemble the UFO.

Research times are fixed afaik.

To be honest I'm not completely sure what happens. Sometimes a tech gets a +% next to it though I've done nothing. This may be nothing but a graphical glitch but I figured it was some kind of head start bonus though I wasn't sure why.

I seem to remember the boost varying between bases on ship research and it being largest near the depot containing that UFO but it could be bad memory or coincidence.
