ufo2map doesn't work on Windows

It just exits silently when executed from console. No messages, no delays. Nothing.

ShipIt:
The output is written into stdout, a text file located in UFO: AI home dir.

I checked this with latest master and it works here without problems. I always build ufo2map using Muton´s build tool for Win, which nicely prints to screen.
