My idea is quite Simple

Honestly? Overcomplicated, we don't want that much details. You know, some like micro-management - as I do-, but others not.

I wonder if you know, that "bullets" are taken home too. Which means we reuse half-empty magazines already.

What about recycling of alien weapons/armours. We could have option to recycle it or sell it depends what we need more.

recover alien material from alien armours and such? sounds good to me, now those things are there just to be sold.
