Windows 7 64-bit?

I just pre-purchased XCOM from Steam and will be buying Windows 7 64-bit. I would like to do UFO AI videos and post them here: https://www.youtube.com/user/ildamos?feature=mhee in an effort to spread the word about this awesome freeware game and (of course; needless to say) hopefully increase my subscriber base. A question though:

Does this game work in a Windows 7 64-bit environment?

H-Hour:
I run in Win 7 64-bit. No problems here. I'm not technical enough to know if it actually takes advantage of the 64-bit bonuses, but it definitely runs.
