Tactical Mission does not begin

Wh1sper:
I startet a new game.
2 or 3 missions were ok, this one (savegame attached) will not begin.
Test yourself.
6 Soldiers, the question start/Automatic displays clicking on start won't do anything.
This effect is repeatable.
Version June 3, 2.4 AMD 64  Linux
