Medikit is empty

In one of my battle I noticed I can't heal my soldier. I used the medkit, I saw flying red crosses etc. but it didn't change HP. I don't know why, I didn't check another medkits, maybe I used all meds in this one?

Nokim:
Suppose you can't heal soldier more then hp level on mission start. So wounded soldier can't go shoot aliens, be fully healed on mission and return to base healthy and refreshed instead of many-many days in hospital.

Wh1sper:
I started a new game with same binary. the Medi kit empty effect is gone.
Very strange.
