It's open source, you can compile it.

Perhaps you should describe in more detail what you want. 2.4 was in development for two years and was available at all times throughout that period. There is no single 2.4 development version, so when you ask for the 2.4 dev mode, there is no one version you are asking for.

When 2.4 stable version was released, we moved into 2.5's development cycle. So the latest edition of the game is 2.5-dev. Is that what you want?

See I want 2.4 in devmode because currently I don't like some of the changes that 2.5 added so I would like to play the 2.4 in devmode for the debuging commands (yes I know I am a cheater). So I ask again is there any where that I could find the dev mode version of 2.4?
