soldier list highlight on removal

When going through the employee list for soldiers right click on the check box to remove a soldier -> soldier on the very top of the list gets highlighted. Would be much more convenient if selection jumped to next or previous soldier from the one that got removed.

maybe but the current UI logic is not wise enough for that.
