The game freezes when I kill the last alien!

Metal Moats:
I uninstalled it twice and still freezing on me when I kill the last Alien on the battle Screen! I am Running it on XP! Any Suggestions as how to fix this problem! I really like the game but spent hours trying to see if I can past this problem! This is not a bug! This is tech problem!
