Can't change resolution or run in Full Screen Mode

Vomitus:
I am running UFO Alien Invasion 2.2 in Windows 7 64 bit.  I wanted to know if this has been corrected in newer versions.  If not is there a way I can correct this in the configuration file, and if so where can I find the config file in Windows 7?

I figured it out thanks to my obsessive compulsive nature.  Found the conf file and set the fullscreen variables to 1.  It now runs in full screen.  Hopefully, no more issues.
