It looks like you've not installed any drivers for your graphics card since you installed windows !
As AMD have stopped updating drivers for your card, the most recent you can get is probably this one.

ya ill try that and see if that works. may not have gotten the newist ones when i installed this one on this computer. more so srnce i cqnt get the tv to work. ill let you guys know whay happens. and forgive the bad spelling am using my phone to remote into my pc so its yard ro see what im typeing and no spell check.
