Movement bug in Shanghai map (the one with the carpark)

Greetings and salutations,

I'm new to the game and must say i'm having a blast. I just encountered a bug though (unless i'm missing something).
On the Shanghai mission map where there is a high car park thing close to my dropship, only the person already standing outside my ship is able to move. It might have something to do with the ground level (meaning the level you landed on) being on level 2 (level 1 is just black screen)...although that is just a gut feeling.

If this has been posted already, my apologies and please link the post to me if you feel like it .

I have also encountered this bug. Stopped playing after it. Skyranger or how is it called was near the edge of the map, on the road.
