Game don't starts (No hardware acceleration detected)

i tested it and it don't works, exactly the same problem.

There's an other thing that makes me wonder:

i downloaded ufo:ai here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ufoai/files/UFO_AI%202.x/2.2/ ufoai-2.2-win32.exe 

but if i browse through the files of ufo:ai, i can not find sound-files like ogg, 3d-files like 3ds or obj or so on. why? Did i download the fallse item?

Oh, 2.2 is a very old release, its almost 4 years old. Download the newest official release here (2.3.1): http://ufoai.ninex.info/wiki/index.php/Download
You can dl also the 2.4 dev snapshots there. (lower section of the dl page)
