Soldiers do not move on the map +city

Version 2.3.1
Hi! I'm playing in company and when i start on map [+ city], can only move one soldier, the others can not move(screenshot in attach)

Hi, you can find a bugfix for this in this thread. Please post there if you have any problems with it.
