More fire modes

Is realy annoying to have only two fire modes. I thing it will be very  nice to have more options - one buton to fire and second to change fire mode (this can be done without chanding interface, only coding) - and fire modes - aimed/quick/spontaneous (1 round) /short burst (3-5 rounds) /long burst (5-10 rounds) / special fire mode (launch grenade etc).

and another - new screen for equipment of soldiers - in current game mechanic, you can only equip soldiers on plane, and not all soliiers in the base.
