I feel stupid asking this, but I'm having a serious problem in combat. I just started a terror mission in Japan, and only one of my soldiers will move. One of them is standing on the steps out of the dropship, and I can order her. The others are standing inside of the ship and simply won't move at all. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
Has anyone else seen this? What's going on here?
