Can't move out the plane

I was playing a campaign, while doing a mission,and load into battle, all my soldiers are inside the plane, I can't move them out at all, everywhere my cursor move is blue cube,no green.

That looks like it might be one of the city maps, although I could be mistaken.

Which version are you playing?  2.3.1?  a 2.4 build?

It is 2.31.yea , city map. Thanks for the reply, I hope you can fix the bugs, it is a great game,Im glad that the admin still take care of it.
