Warning: medium resolution globe textures requested, but could not be found...

Hi,

in the current ufoconsole.log file I see the message:

2011/02/08 15:56:16 max texture size: detected 16384
2011/02/08 15:56:16 ...but using 8192 as requested
2011/02/08 15:56:16 Warning: medium resolution globe textures requested, but could not be found; falling back to low resolution globe textures.

What does the message: "Warning: medium resolution globe textures requested, but could not be found; falling back to low resolution globe textures." mean? 
Is it possible to change something the settings to get the "medium" or "high" resolution textures?

As I seem to recall, about a year or so ago, someone created higher resolution textures for the globe, but due to size and performance considerations, they aren't included by default. Where to get them I can't remember though.
