I can't construct Stingray, Starchaser and Dragon Interceptors

Bug 1: I can't construct Stingray, Starchaser and Dragon Intercepters. When i trying to construct Stingray, Starchaser or Dragon Intersepters me says: "Hangars not ready. You cannot queue aircraft. No free space in hangars." But i have one free large hanggar. More advanced than a large hangar at me does not appear in applications for investigations. How do I build the Stingray Interceptor?

Bug 2: I can't read in my mail client report about Stingray Interceptor and Starchaser Interceptor. Instead of reporting writing text "inter_stinray_txt" and "inter_starchaser_txt". Tried to reinstall the game and change the language to English - has not helped.

Those interceptors require empty small hangar, not large. Those are not interchangeable. As for those reports, they are simply not yet done ingame.

I have successfully constructed interceptors into small hangars, but strange at first was not specified in what types of hangars to be construct this interceptors, and at second that there is no report files about that interceptors.

I noticed another bug in version 2.3.1 for windows on the map [+ city], where multi-storey building (the only one map, which uses all levels of the map) This map can only move one team member, the remaining 7 members are motionless.
In version 2.3 for Linux on this as on other maps, all team members are mobile.

Bug Fix: Soldiers stuck in aircraft in city map
