BUG: Globe in 'geoscape' not rendered !

The Earth globe in 'geoscape' mode is not rendered. Please refer to the screen shot below:

The problem can be workarounded by disabling GLSL shaders. I wonder if we can fix the shader scripts or it is a driver problem...?
