[r30512] Multiplayer disconnection problem

Hello guys, when playing 1on1 game from lan with [r30512], always one of the players disconnects after a few turns for no reason and returns to menu. It happened to me and my friend.

Our Operating system is Windows 7, core2duo cpu, ati radeon 3670 graphic card.

What may be the problem?

Any suggestions?

This is still an outstanding and game-breaking bug in the current allegedly stable release, so I'm bumping this thread.

I am having the exact problem. It was quite annoying, because me and my friend noticed there was a new release ( we usually check out this game a couple of times a year to test the newest, more stable version) but this newest version was more unstable than ever. It looks and feels great, but we tried for three or four hours, and it just didnt work in multiplayer.

One of the tries were very annoying because we managed to get 4 5 rounds into the game, and then it just drops to the main menu. :( Going back to the 2.2.1 version or whatever it's name was. :)
