Ummmm, how about making a macro to perform those robot works then? I know that many people can do such things by plugins or Auto-it liked programs. The only drawback for that is the rise of unemployment rate... I guess.

I think i already aswer. We do not have synchronisation between pages [from po to wiki] cause it is not so simple. Else, maybe i dont understand well your question.
