How to find Alians Base?

I've got nothing to research anymore after "enemy on the earth rev". Just nothing happens. How to move on? How to find alians base?

2 ways to spot an alien base
1.each week the least XVI infected country will let you know there is a alien base
2.start a aircraft(incepters are ok) and fly around until it fly pass an alien base, the base will be spotted
