Obviously I haven't worked on the textures yet.
So, what do you think? Criticism, suggestions?
No answers will be taken as complete agreement with the direction I'm taking :)

I like it, just what we need. If you make each one of the pieces a separate md2 then the mapper can space them out differently in each map.

nothing to add here - good job. but as nate said, please as separate md2 files to allow the mapper to add some variety to the maps.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad you like the model so far :)
So I'm going to start texture work.

Export parts as seperate .MD2's - no problem.
