nokia 3120c errors

my nokia 3120 classic
1)gets stuck at the 'set profile ending time' screen. Tried resetting, didn't work.
2)won't let me update it. The test mode prob. How to fix it manually (for free)?

You should probably ask these kind of question in a Cellphone Technical Support Forum and not in a offtopic Forum of a Freegame.
