poll on manual concept

Heya.
while being on IRC winterslice and me have come to different opinions on the manual/wiki concept. Right now I have used the existing wiki to add some attribute and tech descriptions to the appendix of the manual. Unfortunatly many of them include descriptions of features yet to come. Qestion is how to deal with them as the manual should give an as-is instruction on how the game now works.
a)My suggestion was to simply out-comment the features in question within the manual and get them in as soon as they are implemented.
b)Winter want to add a note to the article in question, which is what I did so far. But now it becomes rather unhandy/ugly to add a _wont work yet, maybe later_ to every second article. doesnt make a manual look very trustworthy IMHO.

Most of those features are rather detailed like power skill affecting recoil and armor types influencing TUs so they wont be missed if un-commented. Still I would love some feedback, in case im wrong here.
Thanks, eric.
