How do you rotate the camera?

You can edit keys.cfg or type into the game console. I think the game will save it on exit but not 100% sure on this.

This is one feature devs should implement in future versions --- rebinding keys using the interface.

Btw., I also would like to have something like the first-person-view back. ;)

Maybe we will see it reimplemented for 2.4+ ?!
