Multiplayer - assemble a new team. What is this.

How I can assemble a new team? Has multiplayer works? On wich ports work multiplayer (I need redirect ports on lan with NAT).

Mattn:
the port is 27910 and you need to create a team before entering a multiplayer game. hit the team button -> create -> select soldiers -> equip them -> save the team -> start multiplayer

I couldn't edit teams. But when I restart game it start works. Maybe it's little bug.
