ufoai 2.3 doesn't run in Ubuntu 10.04 neither Debian 5

I have downloaded binary release for linux and after install  breaks with this:

that seems like binary file is corrupted, also was created a file:

when I installed version 2.2 was created a gtkradiant folder, but not in 2.3
I tried in Debian 5 and crashed by binary too

I have played ver 2.2 for two months and I can say that this game is diferent, ufoai is great game.

I'm running debian 5 and I didn't have much success with the packages/binary versions, however I did have success following the instructions in the wiki: http://ufoai.ninex.info/wiki/index.php/Debian. I'm running 2.4 dev.

2.4 developpement version work fine 29 days/month on latest ubuntu. Ok playing on a dev release is not for weak heart as rules changes during the game, and balance too.

damn. just switched from win7 to xubuntu 10.04 and there is nothing to download.

someone knows when 2.3.1 will come out and if there will be a stable-linux-version?
