City terror missions don't work in revision 30211 on 2.4 dev

The tracker item has comments from Mattn and this problem should be fixed in revision 30220.

Now compiling 30225, so we're likely to find out if the fix works before the day is out.

Yep, fix is confirmed with revision 30225. City map missions are now playable. There are some problems with the parking garage and harvester on the map, new report coming up.

The new city map issue bug tracker item is here. Those are the map issues I was referring to now that the server bug has been squashed.
