Hello, I'm a noob here, I just found this community. Anyway, version 2.2.1 is the latest stable release, right? Sorry in advance for the potentially stupid question.

indeed. but it is worth noting that 2.3 is MASSIVELY better than 2.2, even if it is still unstable.

If I remember correctly (Mattn can correct me if I'm wrong) 2.3 is WIP only/mostly because we are missing a few UFOpedia articles required by campaign. Gameplay should be fine, apart from the occasional bug.
