No Weapons on ships

If I select my ship to attack a ufo, it says no weapons installed.
Weapons are installed, if I uninstall them, and reinstall them again,
I still get the same error message after waiting for the "items installed" message.

About the "problem": installing and removing weapons take time, hours. Have you waited it? Do you have ammo for the weapons? (note: in 2.2.1 particle beam weapon was not usable because there was no ammo for it.)

You don't need to hire pilots in 2.2 release, this is new in the 2.3 releases.

I wait the alloted time, and it says no weapons installed in the ship window.
Even if I remove the weapons, and instal them again, I get the same message.
