That's the name of the alien who goes berserk.
Whenever a unit's morale goes low enough, they panic or go into a berserk rage (and shoot everything in sight, friend or enemy). I've had that happen to my own guys and I've seen it happen to aliens. All the aliens are named something like Mkeek Np Zlrok or Krokk Ahn Brrop or something like that. If you read the ufoconsole.log after a battle, you can see stuff like
"Mkeek Np Zlrok kills civilian with aimed shot of plaspistol ammo" and other stuff.
So, not a bug.
